** Part of Jim and Melissa's Essential series, "The Essential Product Owner: A Lean Distillation" takes a look at the Product Owner from a lean perspective. Jim will lead the attendees through a spirited
exploration of seven lean principles to distill the essence of this
pivotal role on a Scrum team.
** About the Speaker:
For more than 25 years, Jim York has led, trained, and coached individuals, teams, and organizations in the implementation of Lean and Agile ideas. His coaching and workshops blend his practical
experience in Scrum, Lean Software Development, Extreme Programming, Product Management, and traditional project management. Jim shares his passion for teaching as a frequent presenter at conferences, users
groups, public and onsite workshops, and as a business process coach. In 2007, he cofounded FoxHedge Ltd with his wife, Melissa York. Together, they help organizations build leaders who will take their
teams from good to great.
